Order Confirmation and Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please verify all shipping information and order details are correct at this time. Orders are processed as quickly as possible and may take up to 72 hours to ship. You will receive a shipment notification email as soon as the order has shipped that includes tracking information for reference. Standard shipping in the continental US takes 1-5 business days in transit.
We charge a flat rate $8.95* shipping fee for orders $74.99 and below, before tax. For orders $75 and above, we provide Free Shipping*. Exceptions may apply to oversize or overweight items.
*Please note: While our current Shipping Policy offers an extremely competitive shipping rate for thousands of our fun and unique products, some overweight or oversize items are exceptions and require us to add an additional fee. Additional shipping fees may apply to over-sized or overweight items (such as BBQ grills, extra-heavy items, etc.) This shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. Additional handling fees may apply and are confirmed/processed with customers individually before shipment.
In-Store Pickup Instructions (San Antonio Only)
Don’t get in your car just yet! Follow instructions below to make it easy, peasy…
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Wait for a second notification email that shows your order is ready for pickup. This is typically sent within 24 hours.
- Visit Sunset & Co. at 6438 N. New Braunfels Ave, San Antonio, TX 78209.
- When you arrive, let a team member know your name and order number.
Items not picked up within 7 days may be refunded and returned to our stock without notice.
Online Return Policy
Items purchased on our website may be returned via mail or to our San Antonio, TX location only. Items are eligible for refund to the original form of payment or exchange when they meet all of the below requirements:
- Returned to us within 30 days of the order date.
- Clothing must be returned within 10 days of purchase/delivery (online only) unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tickets still attached for refund to original form of payment.
- Clothing purchased at a discounted price is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- All clothing returns after 10 days will be given store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
- Unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
- Include the order receipt/packing slip.
- Item does not fall within our Final Sale Return Policy (see below).
- Online item returns (not clothing items) that are received between 30 and 45 days from the order date will be eligible for store credit.
- Shipping fees that are incurred with your order are non-refundable.
- Seasonal and Holiday Merchandise is non-refundable within 7 days before the holiday.
How do I return something I purchased online?
Online purchases can either be returned via mail or in-store at our San Antonio, TX location during our regular business hours. If returning via mail, please send items back with the packing slip, in their original condition, and packaging to the address below. *We are not liable for damage caused to items in transit, so please be sure to package your items back to us carefully to ensure a refund. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

When will my refund be processed?
Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the time the items are returned to us for the funds to go back onto your original form of payment.
Return Shipping Fees
Customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees, unless item arrived damaged.
Please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com so we can make it right. Emails for damages must be received within 15 days of delivery date to guarantee return/exchange eligibility.
In-Store Return Policy
Items purchased at our physical brick-and-mortar locations are eligible for return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Final Sale Return Policy
Sale, discounted, and personalized items all are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns. This applies to both our online and in-store purchases.
Standard Sale Merchandise Exclusions
Unless otherwise noted, the following items are never eligible for discounts, sales or coupons: Big Green Egg Grills, Big Green Egg Nests, Big Green Egg Tables, Weber Grills, Traeger Grills, Special Orders, Gas Fire Logs, Yeti Cooler Merchandise. All electric items (anything with a plug) are limited to 10% off regular sales price.
