Class Description: Get ready to celebrate Mom and join Courtney Cavender Smith of Cocina de Coco as she shows you how to expertly style a charcuterie board with an added springtime twist! From selecting the right cheese mix to pairing them with delicious salamis and accouterments - you'll be styling like Coco before you know it! Sip on complimentary wine while you practice styling your own cheeseboard during the class OR sit back and snack while you watch Coco at work. This class will be ages 12 and up to accommodate some of our younger chefs!
Each guest has the option to style during the class and leave with their very own wrapped mini-cheeseboard. This class is about 1 hour in length and guests will have 30 minutes to shop using their class discount after it concludes.
Included with Class/Ticket:
- Socially distanced table for 2 guests to enjoy the class
- A FREE artisan cheeseboard for participants
- Complimentary wine (for guests 21 and up) and food sampling
- 10% off all other purchases in the store during the event (some exclusions apply)
Health Safety Protocol: Sunset & Co. will monitor and observe all local government and CDC recommendations related to COVID-19. Food and wine will be portioned individually to avoid handling. Hand washing and sanitization will be invited.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: Due to the high demand of these classes, refunds for cancellations can be made up to 10 days before the day of the event. If it is less than 10 days before the event, we invite you to give your tickets to other attendees and provide us with their names. Sunset & Co. has the right to cancel or reschedule the event should extenuating circumstances arise and will provide refunds should this occur.
