Class Description: With a blend of Mediterranean influences, Provençal cuisine is high-spirited but simple, focusing on preserving the taste and texture of seasonal, fresh ingredients like tomatoes, garlic, saffron, peppers, anchovies, olives, olive oil and wild herbs. Grab a friend and join Courtney Cavender Smith in this invigorating class that brings the simple, but bold flavors of Provençal cooking to your plate!

• Whipped Goat Cheese with Marinated Tomatoes (pictured)
• Chicken Niçoise Salad
• Plum and Walnut Tart

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Due to the high demand of these classes, refunds for cancellations can be made up to 10 days before the day of the event. If it is less than 10 days before the event, we invite you to give your tickets to other attendees and provide us with their names. Sunset & Co. has the right to cancel or reschedule the event should extenuating circumstances arise and will provide refunds should this occur.
