Lovie's is a French vinaigrette dressing inspired by the great-grandmother of The Blonde Dish's, Hannah Bakke Uhl. Dorothy "Lovie" Peacock created the original recipe beloved by her entire family.
Today, this dressing is a slightly modified recipe and bottled by The Blonde dish products, a Texas-based company run by Hannah and her husband. This dressing is truly a passioned labor of love to be shared with all!
