With proper care, our edge grain cutting boards last years longer than bamboo, plastic, or flat grain cutting boards. That said, if you’re looking for a moderate-to-heavy-use board that your grandchildren can use to prep meals for their grandchildren, then our end grain cutting boards are the way to go.
