Apply masque gently with fingertips and let sit for 5 minutes. Wipe off thoroughly and wipe dry.
In the case of damaged finishes, stubborn dirt and wax buildup of 1/8 inch or more - rub with 4/0 steel wool VERY softly and gently so you do not harm the finish of the piece, then repeat as necessary to completely clean.
Be sure to remove all of the masque from surfaces and always only leave on long enough to get clean.
Follow up with New Life Wood Moisturizer to complete the clean up!

I have used your products for years for furniture pieces for my antique projects to restore the wood and the beauty of each piece. I was nearly out of product though and researched where to find a source for more product. Luckily, Sunset came through and I am now back in stock and items are looking good again for my shop.
Just a suggestion. Please tape the furniture polish caps. One of the bottles came open during shipping and everything was coated in furniture oil. The bottle was half empty. I absolutely love this product line.
